Considering I am from NY and I have been living their my whole life being a die hard New York Giants fan, I am very pleased with the Giants picks. Ever since General Manager Jerry Reese took over as the teams GM, I have seen a different style from the front office that has made a positive impact. I have no reason to complain because the first year that Reese was the GM, the Giants won the Super Bowl. Although, I was disgusted how last years elimination from the playoffs played out. That’s why I loved Jerry Reese’s approach at this draft and addressing the pressing issues that needed to be resolved.
Since Plaxico Burress had to have an “episode” and get himself released from the team, I feel Reese made two solid picks for WR’s that I am happy that apart of the Giants organization. The only thing I have a complaint about is drafting a QB. That was a waste of a pick and made no sense. The Giants have starter Eli Manning and backup David Carr, so I didn’t understand the purpose of drafting a QB.
Then again, I’m not a General Manager and they seem to always have their reasons for doing the things they do, even if I don’t agree with them. Overall though, I feel once again the Giants have put themselves in a situation to have success this year and make a run for the Super Bowl. Getting robbed last year, has me hoping for great things this year! Even though we didn’t get a proven WR like I wanted, we still drafted two prospects, so we will see how that turns out.
Addressing the defensive line in the off-season by making sure there’s enough depth in case of injuries is key because that hurt the Giants last year.
Now it’s your turn football fans! Let’s hear how you felt about your teams draft this year!

Nicks has a lot of talent, speed is the only concern. Agree with you about Jerry Reese. He’s way better talent evaluator than Ernie Accorsi ever was.
Nicely written !
you never fails to amaze me!
