     Is anyone not in the playoff race now?  In this age of parity, the last couple of weeks are always crazy, and this year will be no different.  Here are your Guaranteed picks for NFL week 17.

San Diego Chargers (11-3) at Tennessee Titans (7-7)

These may be the two hottest teams in the NFL.  The Titans are still alive for a playoff berth, but just barely.

Prediction:  Titans season is on the line.  Titans 27 Chargers 24

Kansas City Chiefs (3-11) at Cincinnati Bengals (9-5)

Bengals clinch with a win.

Prediction:  Bengals clinching the division; isn’t this a sign of the apocalypse?  Bengals 31 Chiefs 14

Oakland Raiders (5-9) at Cleveland Browns (3-11)

This could actually be an interesting game.

Prediction:  Not that anyone cares.  Raiders 27 Browns 17

Baltimore Ravens (8-6) at Pittsburgh Steelers (7-7)

The Steelers awoke.  With a bang.

Prediction:  The playoff picture gets just a bit more jumbled.  Steelers 31 Ravens 27

Buffalo Bills (5-9) at Atlanta Falcons (7-7)

The Falcons, along with everyone else, are still theoretically alive for the playoffs.

Prediction:  Bills gotta get it right sooner or later.  Bills 21 Falcons 17

Seattle Seahawks (5-9) at Green Bay Packers (9-5)

Packers lock up a playoff spot at home.

Prediction:  Even Tampa beats up on Seattle now.  Packers 38 Seahawks 17

Houston Texans (7-7) at Miami Dolphins (7-7)

The Dolphins showed more heart in coming back against the Titans.  Time to quit showing heart and win.

Prediction: The Dolphins put the Texans away.  Dolphins 24 Texans 21.

Carolina Panthers (6-8) at New York Giants (7-6)

The Giants are still pretending to be a potential playoff team.  Let em pretend away.

Prediction:  Panthers in a sort of upset.  Panthers 24 Giants 17.

Jacksonville Jaguars (7-7) at New England Patriots (9-5)

The Pats may be a dynasty in it’s throes, they’re still good enough for another playoff run.

Prediction:  The Jags playoff dreams end here.  Pats 27 Jags 21

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-12) at New Orleans Saints (13-1)

Can the Saints rebound from the Cowboys game?

Prediction:  It is the Bucs.  Saints 45 Bucs 14

St Louis Rams (1-13) at Arizona Cardinals (9-5)

Cards just jockeying for seeding now.

PredictionCards 31 Rams 10

Detroit Lions (2-12) at San Fransisco 49ers (6-8)

Another of those wonderful late season games no one will watch.

Prediction:  Yawn.  49ers 27 Lions 10

Denver Broncos (8-6) at Philadelphia Eagles (10-4)

After that 6-0 start, the Broncos could be in trouble if they lose here.

Prediction:  Eagles set up a huge matchup with the Cowboys.  Eagles 34 Broncos 20

New York Jets (7-7) at Indianapolis Colts (14-0)

Jets bow out of the race as a casualty to the Colts perfect run.

Prediction:  One more to go.  Colts 27 Jets 17

Dallas Cowboys (9-5) at Washington Redskins (4-9)

Cowboys riding high after toppling The Machine.

Prediction:  Hello, Philly.  Cowboys 24 Redskins 17

Minnesota Vikings (11-3) at Chicago Bears (5-9)

Now the questions are starting…

Prediction: The Bears won’t get in the way, but the future suddenly looks very shaky for the Vikes.  Vikings 31 Bears 10.

    The Falcons should beat the Bills, I’d agree with the rest, the Chargers will have trouble with Chris Johnson.

    Ouch, not in agreement with the confidence in the Cowboys. They may be ‘riding high’ but this is the Cowboys, who are notorious for faltering after looking like a good team. I also don’t agree with the Falcons and Bills. The Falcons have no pressure as they’ve been eliminated from playoff contention (you said they’re “theoretically” still in it).
