USC vs. Ohio State ESPN 8 pm 9/12/09
First off, let me begin with USC vs. Ohio State. Who’s not excited about this game? Best of Big 10 vs. Best of Pac 10. Hasn’t always been the best of games, but USC is goin out there with a freshmen quarterback, and I can’t wait to see how Matt Barkley does against a Loud crowd of 108,000 Ohio State faithful. USC dosn’t have the best exeperience offensively this year, and so they don’t have the best composure. Pay close attention to freshmen quarterback Matt Barkley, of USC. He’ll be put in the spotlight, and I can’t wait to see how he performs under pressure. Now, Ohio State, I love their offense. I always love a good scrambling quarterback, and Terrelle Pryor is exactly that. Look for him to tear up a strong USC defense. I cannot wait for this game. Two young quarterbacks put under tha national spotlight. Anything could happen.
My Result for this game USC 28 Ohio State 35
Sorry USC, but I’m giving this one to Ohio State. I think it’s about time for Ohio State to pull through and beat USC.
Purdue vs Oregon Fox Sports Network 10:15 pm 9/12/09
Purdue. I hate Purdue. I’m an Indiana Hoosier fan who can’t stand Purdue. That’s why I’m looking forward to this game. Yes, Oregon goin through a bit of a problem, losing their running back and being held to near nothing yard wise in a loss to Boise State. They need a comeback, and why not against Purdue? Purdue’s quarterback, Elliot, is interception prone as he showed in their previous game, throwing three picks. Oregon needs to take advantage of that. Masoli, Oregon’s quarterback, is gonna need to have a good game, as I’m looking for Oregon to come out passing. Too bad they don’t have Dennis Dixon.
My Result for this game Purdue 7 Oregon 17
I don’t see much offense coming out of this one. I think Oregon is the better team.
Tennessee vs. UCLA ESPN 4 pm 9/12/09
UCla’s quarterback, Prince also seems to be a bit interception prone. Eric Berry, Tennessee’s Defensive Back, is gonna have a great game. Watch for him tomorrow in that Tennessee secondary. He’s gonna eat them up. I like Tennessee in this one, but barely.
UCLA 21 Tennessee 24
I’ll probally put up an article reviewing the games and comparing my scores with the actual results, Sunday or Saturday night.
