2009-2010 Super NFL Rankings

Now that all the teams have cut their roster down to the required 53 players it is time to go over my predictions for this year.

We start in the NFC

South

1. Saints- Drew Brees will throw all up and down this year. When you have a 5000 yard passer, it’s hard to no be good.

2. Falcons- Matt Ryan will go through his sophomore slump. Maybe last year was a fluke? This year, Ryan has to really step up his game. (wild card)

3. Panthers- If Steve Smith goes out again like in preseason, the season for the Panthers is over. Jake Delhome is the most overrated player in the league, he will sure show it this year.

4. Buccaneers- Wait a minute… Who is their QB?

West

ultimatemanroom.com

1. Cardinals- Someone has to win this division. Might as well be this team with the #2 WR in the game, Larry Fitzgerald

2. Seattle Seahawks- It’s hard to say anything good about this division. I hate to put these guys even at #2. Matt Hasselback is simply not what he used to be

3. San Franciso 49ers- No matter who they put at QB they will be a bad team. Frank Gore is beyond. overrated.

4. St. Louis Rams- #1 pick in the 2010 draft here!!!!!

North

1. Chicago Bears- Jay Cutler will wreck this year. He had a fantastic preseason, Chicago loves him. Bears all the way.

2. Green bay Packers- Aaron Rodgers just may end up being the MVP of the league if he can put up similar numbers as last year and get his team some more W’s. (wild card)

3. Minnesota Vikings- Favre.. (enough said)

4. Detroit Lions- Not this year Detroit fans

East

giantsfootballblog.com

1. Philadelphia Eagles- Vick, McNabb, Westbrook. What a team, what a team.

2. New York Giants- For some reason I am just not feeling the Giants this year. Eli is a fantastic QB but he has not a single decent receiver. It may be a long season.

3. Dallas Cowboys- Really it is a toss up between Dallas and Washington for the third spot. Dallas has a better quarterback which will help.

4. Washington Redskins- They will still be an 8-8 team just not good enough to beat Dallas.

Now, to the AFC.

South

1. Tennessee Titans- For once the Colts will not be at the top of this strong division.

2. Houston Texans- If Matt Schaub can stay healthy and Steve Slaton puts up another big year, the Texans will make their first ever playoff appearance. (wild card)

3. Indianapolis Colts- A new coach and a new system to be a long year. But when you have Peyton Manning at the reigns its hard not to lose. (wild card)

4. Jacksonville Jaguars- Jack Del Rio is on the hot seat. The Jags better do good or they will send him packing.

West

1. San Diego Chargers- A bad team has to win this division, might as well be this one. (Sorry Bo)

2. Oakland Raiders- Not a good team = Not a good season.

3. Denver Broncos- See above..

4. Kansas City Chiefs- See above

East

1. Miami Dolphins- I will be an idiot or a genius for saying this. Cross your fingers.

2. New England Patriots- The dynasty is over. Tom Brady will not be as good as he was before his injury. Time will tell to see what happens.

3. Buffalo Bills- I like Terrell Owens coming here. There isn’t much for him to mess up; the Bills are a rather quiet team which will be good for old T.O.

4. New York Jets- If have no other play makers besides a washed out Hall of Fame QB from last year, you won’t win games.

North

1. Pittsburgh Steelers- I am predicting right now in 2009 that the Steelers will be the dynasty for the ‘10 decade, and it starts right now.

2. Baltimore Ravens- Flacco will have a better sophomore season then Matt Ryan but because they play the Steelers they will not win much.

3. Cincinnati Bengals- Ocho Cinco is my new favorite man, to bad he is so full of himself.

4. Cleavland Browns- Poor, poor Cleavland.

I know NOTHING about NFL but from what you’ve said in this, you must have had some work put into it to form this list in the first place.

Skins v Giants, Week 1; if Washington can go into Giants territory, and use Haynesworth to stifle (pancake?) Eli, entire NFL East becomes tossup.
McNabb becoming injury prone, and it’s too soon for Philly to unleash pit-bull Vick.

That’s Ok LK you’re allowed to be wrong. BTW you are wrong, but I like the dolphins pick.

If Brady can stay healthy think the Pats win it all this year.

Are you kidding me? These are the worse picks I have ever seen! Dolphins leading the East? You are in fact an idiot for that pick. Colts third in the South? You are a total moron.

Cowboys are going all the way.

Some picks seem a little out there but i definetly like the way you use theories. Its a reach for the Titans now but i like the saints pick. Vikings seem a little strong though for third but hey only time will tell.
