Freerunning 3

The term freerunning was put together during the filming of jump London, it was filmed to show the English speaking people the art of parkour. freerunning is not the exact same thing as parkour though, parkour is described as a discipline emphasizes efficiency, whilst free running embodies complete freedom of movement — and includes many acrobatic maneuvers. I personally use both words for the same thing but they are actually different. Like me most people do use both names for the same thing but the meaning are different, these people use the names for a kind of meaning of there own if you like, they sort of use there own meaning which is usually the freedom to be able to move freely.
