BMX: How to Bunny Hop

In this article I will show you one of the most efficient ways to to a bike “trick” called the bunny hop.

The bunny hop is a simple maneuver that lifts the rider into the air along with the bike. First you want to be rolling at a comfortable speed. Pull your handlebars up into the air and just before they drop down, bring your chest to the handlebars and push the bike forward. This will level out your back tire and you should now be straight in the air. To land simply let gravity do it’s thing and when you hit the ground bend you’re knees to absorb the shock.

That is a simple way to do a bunny hop.
