Horses

Horses had the reign of the entire planet during the last ice age. They thirved in the eastern part of the world.

In the americas it was a different story.

Before Europeans came to the american continents horses had been extince for several millenia on them.

A horses heart can weigh more than 1o pounds.

A horse acts based on the mood its owner is in. 

Horses can live for more than 6 decades.

But a horse can only run in the Kentucky Derby one time. Only horse that are three years of age are elligible to run it. This means that their can never be a horse that repeats as winner of the Kentucky Derby.

Horses are so closely related to zebras that the two animals can breed and produce viable offspring.
