How to Do a Bunnyhop on a Bike

A short tutorial on how to jump or hop a bike.

I am not responsible for any injuries or damage done to the bike.

  1. Get to a slow or medium speed roll on the bike.

  2. Bend your arms and legs getting ready to pull up and jump.
  3. Angle your feet on the pedals about 45 degrees. This angle helps your shoes grab into the pedals so you can lift it up.
  4. Now pull up hard on the handlebars and at the same time, extend your legs then pull up on the pedals.

  5. Once you can get some air off the ground, practice jumping over things.

You can improve your results by having something to jump over. Once you can jump over that object, try something a bit taller.
