General safety tips.

Every year more than 500,000 recreational cyclists are injured in accident. A large number of these accidents could have been avoided if safety standards have been practiced and safeguarded. Bicycle safety rules are simple and easy to follow;

Always wear a helmet, select one with a hard shell that carries the seat of a credible safety standard board.When riding at night, at dusk or fog, wear bright reflective clothing (40% percents of bicycle related death occurs at night).

 Always wear shoes and socks to protect the feet padded handlebars and wearing padded gloves will protect the hand from pressure injury.

Equip the bike with reflectors and light for night riding. Test the brake before each trip and keep them in working order.

Make sure the bike is the correct size of the rider.
Finally, ride with traffic and follow the rules of the road.
