Poonam, Publicity & Pictures!!

People do anything to gain a little bit of fame and in turn name, by indulging in stunts of publicity, positive or negative.
One such character among many in recent times is Ms. Poonam Pandey. She promises to strip her body off her clothes, at any kind of occasion involving mass celebration, where the entire country (INDIA) is involved. For instance, the Cricket World Cup of 2011. That was the time she came into being, from an unknown face in shallow fashion industry to a well known (can’t say face, for she seldom promotes it) strip machine.
She had promised to strip down to her birthday suit, if India had won the 2011 cricket world cup and though India did win, the public weren’t too happy for her promise turned out to be a false one. Maybe she dropped out of it or maybe she wasn’t permitted to do so, as she claims. For reasons unknown, she kept the promise unfulfilled for a long long time.
For over the last year or so, she kept on teasing her twitter fans (Oh! there are many and ever increasing, to state a number here) with semi nude pictures of her, most of which were black or white lingerie. Even had a mini controversy of sorts, with posting raunchy bathroom videos and getting banned by youtube.
Finally, in the last week of May2012 she stripped to her bare minimum…just stilletos on!! What next is the question?!

PS: My neighborhood kid wants to know what Poonam would do, if he stood first in class. Kids!! Hmmph!!
