The Colorado River in the Grand Canyon offers 225 miles of challenging and thrilling rapids. April to October is the best time of the year to enjoy this area of water. The Grand Canyon its self a superb nature wonder and having the ability to raft in this great place makes it even more enjoyable.
Utah is another area of the United States that provides a great range of rivers for rafting. The Cataract Canyon is just one of the many situated in this location. One hundred miles of water is the main feature of this spectacular river. Big drops, Brown Bettys and mile a long rapids are also other great aspects of the Cataract Canyon.
