It is was a stunning finish for the New York Yankees as they won the World Baseball Series. This was greatly celebrated by New York Yankee fans all around the world but especially in New York were they are going to have a parade through the Canyon of Heroes on Friday the 6th.
The game was viewed all around the world the world but not in great numbers as it was in Time Square. The New York Yankees finished the game with a final score 7-3 which is a great win in any ones books. The Yankees also managed to hold a steady lead throughout the entire game.
The only question now is how much they are going to spend on the parade. New York spent $331,000 on the last parade and some people say it is unwise to spend this much money in this economic climate.
Anyway, the parade through the Canyon of Heroes on Friday the 6th is going to be something to remember for years to come.
