Should MLB allow list from 2003 performance enhancing drug test release?

In my opinion the MLB should not let out the names of the people on the list from 2003. The MLB told these players that even if they are on performance enhancing drugs they will not be punished and that the results will not become public. I think that the MLB officials that let some of the list out should be fired and never be able to have anything to do with the MLB. I think that the MLB need to worry about people that are using steriods now. The union prevents the players on the list from trouble and besides its from 2003. Yes I believe the performance inhancing drugs are embarrasing to the game of baseball and thats why the MLB needs to focus on the people that are taking the drugs now. People think that this list is going to be some big thing but really its just going to put more shame on the game. The MLB stars that are on the list can not get into trouble and therefore is making the list insignificant.
