Josh Hamilton will be missing some of the season (again) due to surgery on his knee to repair abdominal muscle tear. Hamilton hasn’t had as good as year as last year but the Rangers still need him to have a chance of even making it to the playoffs or even winning a divison. Hamilton hit .304 with 32 homeruns and 130 RBI’s in 156 games. Hamilton got hurt after running after a fly ball in center field and running into the wall. Hamilton has hit .240 with six homers and 24 RBI’s this season in just 35 games. Looks like we have to wait a year for Josh Hamilton to show up at the Home Run Derby and to put up another fantastic show.
