Lots going on in the sports world today folks, so I’ll try to get you all up to date.

*Shaquille O’neal and LeBron James won in their first preseason National Basketball Association (NBA) debut.

*Michael Crabtree the college superstar and training camp holdout finally signed with the San Fransisco Fourty Niners this morning.

* Tim Tebow is likely going to play this Saturday for the NCAA Florida Gators, he is suffering no ill affects of his concussion two weeks ago.

*AJ Smith, general manager of the San Diego Chargers, has expressed his disappointment in the teams ineptitude, if San Diegans are lucky he will fire the worst coach in NFL history, Norv Turner.

* After an off field incident the Cleveland Browns have traded Braylon Edwards to the New York Jets for two players and a draft pick.

*Major League Baseball playoffs start today!

* The New York Yankees host the Minnesota Twins at 3:07pm west coast time, 6:07pm east coast time.

    I like sports news as well, but bo, you need to give your commentary. How can you be the next jim rome with out none. Keep writing the sports news, and i will keep reading. thumbs up on the article

    Well ya know I don’t Jack about what’s goin’ on in the American sporting world..and I’m glad it wasn’t an in-depth report..now I’m reasonably up-to-date..oh and the pics were fab Bo :-)
